- Levey-Jennings: Introduced statistical control methods in clinical laboratories in 1950. LJ control charts (really modifications of LJ propositions as made by Henry & Segalove) utilize a stable reference control specimen's values on a specific method & machine, analyzed repeatedly and plotted on a control chart.
